At Upperclass Fashions, we strive to ensure your wardrobe meets the highest standards of elegance and fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the garments.
